Dear Augustine
Please check the outer side (pocket) of the thermocol box containing the simulator. The neck starp was rolled into a coil and put in there. It is a black strap that came along with my 7C. Even though its original Futaba, its a plain black thin strap with nothing printed on it. Cheers!

My help at home, he removed the pack, as it was so neatly and tightly packed. it is possible that he may have kept somewhere and forgot about it.
