ok so there seems to be very less interest in such low level chargers. to spice it up a bit i will be adding in a delight for scratch builders. a 10$ foamy plan (for freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.) . to find out which one it is pm me if only you are interested and believe me if not for the charger you would love to buy it for the plans
