I think the difference is the HK one has full telemetry.

Okay, because the hk website says something about data logging so wonder if this thing has it?!

it also does that , the only difference between these two is one is made by quadkopters and the other is 3dr certified genuine power module .

It powers the APM / HKPilot as well as feed it current / voltage data if you want to monitor it on an OSD / from Mission Planner (over telemetry)
