OS .46 AX glow engine for sale. Used only 4 times for break-in. Throttle is jammed after long storage. Piston moving freely with good compression. stored in after run oil and there is no sign of any rusting anywhere.

take out the carb.. n wash it properly in castor fuel... the screw in between the throttle arm can screwd out... nothing serious... its not worth selling out ur engine

Thanks for your advise, but I am not interested in glow power at all which is the basic reason for selling the engine. Barring the throttle problem as mentioned above, this engine is as good as a new engine. If the advise given by you works, then it is fine otherwise carburettor assembly that comes with throttle can be changed with new one or it can be taken out from same type of engine model which is hardly a 10 minutes job maximum as carburettor is positioned on engine with just two small screws and the engine should work fine.
As mentioned above by Alam, he is very correct, first unscrew 2 screws from both sides of the engine, just twist and turn the carb out, unscrew the throttle lever and heat the carb using heat gun for 30 seconds and you will notice that the barrel will now be moving freely. Do not heat with O ring or the throttle lever arm. After this wash your carb with methanol and use machine oil after that and screw the carb back on the engine.
