I paid 90 shipped + 30( tie rods and servo arm) + 15(waterproof nanoprotech spray)= 135$ equals about 9,450.
90$ shipped for servo alone is the cheapest I've seen.

Costed me 9500 without considering shipping for the servo arm and tie rods internationally.

You forgot to include the extras. Even without them it's not available for the price you said, anywhere.
