I recently got a quad kit from Quadkopter.com but I spent a lot of time and now too lazy to tune it for stability and eventually I gave up. I am not a good pilot either :P.
This is what the kit includes:
1804 - 2400kv Brushless Motors x 4
1 x spare new motor bearing
1 x pair of 5x3 carbon fibre prop
10a ESC (SimonK Firmware) x 4
Carbon Fibre 250 mm frame
7.4v 1500mAh Lipo
ZMR Multiwii Lite FC with FTDI USB for programming
Imax B3 AC 2C/3C lipo charger
FlySky FS - CT6B Tx and Rx
Whole kit - Rs. 8500/- Including Shipping
You just need to buy and install 5x3 props to fly this thing which are available on RCDhamaka. The motors and ESCs are nicely soldered with 2.5 mm gold connectors. The kit is assembled and I can ship as it is. Below are the pics of the Quad:

Is the price negotiable?
I can make it Rs. 6500 if you are interested in the Quad only. I also have 1 x new bearing for the motor and a pair of carbon fibre prop which I can include with the kit. Sorry but I have spent a lot on it so can't afford to take down the price :(

Looks like you've already crashed it. Maybe we can have a deal if you reduce the price further without the tx rx.
Yes, I crashed it a few times and replaced a motor as well so now all the motors are in excellent condition. The whole kit is still in excellent condition. All the motors are running absolutely fine. I am also giving you a lipo charger , 1 x motor bearing and a pair of 5x3 carbon fibre prop which is not included with the kit on quadkopters.com and I paid for shipping on top of it. I will make it Rs. 6000 including shipping without the radio which is the best I can do. Let me know if we have a deal.

Yes, I was charged for shipping while ordering the Quad and then again while ordering the charger. I am not giving a pair of carbon fibre prop because it is damaged and the other is useless for me. Yes, believe it, I have lost almost 3 sets of prop :P

Its such a nice quad, can fly in small spaces. Only difficulty is setup, which if completed it works like a charm.
Had my share of crashes too but the only losses till now have been the props,nylon screws and spacers. CF frame has taken most of the punishment well. I wished I could have helped you tune it better.
Speedpost delivers within 3-4 days most of the time. Havent had any bad experiences till now with them. Dont know why people shy away from Speedpost. This is directed to everyone.

Also, this is the only place where you get 1804 motors at the best price. All the spares were delivered in about 8 days which was unexpected

I would have bought this if i havent invested in my tricopter.
The video looks awesome, a little piloting training is needed instead of tuning.
If you still have a little extra patience and time you can control this amazingly. believe me after you sell this and you see someone posting a video of your quad flying perfectly. that feeling. :o :o :o :o :o :o
seems like you bought this kit a long time back, and prices have shot up already.
Here is my two cent.
Give it one more try with setting the throttle curve a shallow from 40-70% and you can hold altitude for long time instead of see sawing.

I think earlier we discussed about everything for 4000/- now again ur saying only quad 5000. How much final will u make it for quad only. It's a very basic and low performing quad
