Have goPro around so won't use this anymore i guess .

SJ4000 are clones of gopros . GoPros are orignals

no buddy... even sj4000 are coming as clones of original sj4000 which cost 12k. check internet , I have this confirmed from several places as i was looking for one. you can check yourself.

I too second Agent47, the packing of your cam no where mentions its SJ4000!! it just says HD sportcam.

I am too looking for a sports cam, confused between Sj4000 & Xiaomi-Yi-WIFI-Action-Camera from Banggood. ( cheaper and good reviews)

I too have a sj4000, but its a clone also the output is crap. same package as shown in the above post and same camera housing.
Can you please tell what firmware it has.
