One of the cell of the battery is weak (wont charge above 4v) , the lipo is puffed as well .

@raj, I should tell you that I had really not used the battery, maybe its caused due to the fact that it had been lying around for a couple of months, till I thought of this sale.
However, I urge you to please re-send me the battery back, I will refund you the full amount along with shipping charge borne by you for returning.

No , that wont be necessary. The reason why it is puffed is because you stored it in full charge (but that i dont know if it affects an individual cell) . I'll use it as a Rx battery
