Hi,
The balance leads do not need to be used, the battery balance lead connects directly into the socket. The other plugs which are shown with that charger did not come with my charger as I bought it from some other dealer from Hong Kong , the picture was just shown for reference.

If you want I have a few similar plugs like those. Let me know of you want then I will ship it for free.

and regarding the unsoldered plugs; my wires had been done by bad soldering i just sent some new plugs...

Yes, Iv got the power supply for this charger. You can use it on both, the power supply and a car battery. Any power supply would do which gives out 12V.  Let me know if you want the power supply, doesn't have to be this specific supply. You can get other local ones also.
