I would agree if it would have been used item, as I mentioned in the subject line it is unused and box packed brand new item. The same frame is available on Quadkopters or rcmumbai for 1800 and plus shipping on few lhs.
So I guess the price is fair.
Where did you bought this from ?

I have bought one from China, to be precise aliexpress. But the shipment took almost more than a month to arrive, and the status was showing that the consignment was at Kolkata customs and the status never changed for months, meanwhile I was in need of this type of frame and found it on Quadkopters with one day delivery by paying extra shipping charges of approximately 170 rs. And have purchased the exact same and identical frame from them for 1800. Then miracle happened and I got both consignments received in almost same week.
I really don't know what do you mean by "seems not from lhs" but both are identical.
At max I can include shipping in 1500 (max 150 rs. For shipping will be paid by me, I will check with courier and if its beyond that then whatever is the difference amount you have to pay) , beyond this I can not do anything.
