yes buddy but i suggest u compare the price of items first ....check the price of individual items that he is offering futaba 401 3600mah battery and stuff dont come cheap even the 80 amp esc  hobbywing  yes 22k was too much but 17 i think is good for what he has offered considering he has never crashed it ...

yup he did say he will post pictures check then and u can always come to know if the heli has crashed so dont worry bout that
