Tx only. It binds with FlySky, Turnigy etc Rx's. Good for beginners in Rc Airplane/Helis. Have been using for 450 CCPM helis.
Setup is very easy and done using windows app, and configurations saved to Tx, and as file for reuse.

Note: the original cable was of bad quality and cut internally, I have fixed them and taped them, but they work perfectly. You can buy these cables easily or make one.
