Beautiful looking frame. Did you fly it?
Yup, the frame's nice and sturdy. Quick and easy to assemble.
Unfortunately, I did not have much success with the setup. I used DT700 motors and most of them turned out to be a headache sooner than imagined. I still have 4 of them with me. In all four of them the rotors touch the stators and the bearings are noisy. I still don't know how to fix them! :(
I soon shifted to a cheap RC Timer frame and NTM2826 motors. These motors are much better. No shaft length problem, no mount issues, decent bearings. The only negative that I can say about them is that one out of five motors that I had ordered came with very noisy bearings. But besides this, the new setup is working pretty great at the moment! I'll post a few photos of it today! ;D
