If you still wanted the item he has for sale , I advice you to pay only after the item is delivered.

70 + 35 paid for shipping which and which after Indian conversion rate + paypal tax and shipping price comes around 8000k u can calculate and let me know.

Please reply on Suraj Pallakad's post.  Why dont you resolve the issue.  At least try to clear it if any misunderstanding exists.

Thanks Suraj for your reporting. Such posts really help. From whatever incidents (a couple of) i have seen in this forum, I have decided to collect the orders "in person" only after verifying the components and by paying them cash at the time of pickup.  I have people in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and some other cities. So pickup from the seller wont be a problem :).
