I'll go file a fraud case which i should have done previously..

i have all evidences as the 1st video which was made was in front on the courier man and never used before that.Also the video reveals whether the connections were made right or wrong..

Also i have 3 friends and my block tutor who was there as an evidence that the video was my 1st attempt..

ie.this is just to let your buyers know whats at stake...and so that no one dares to fool anyone in this forum

He cheated me of 65,000/- and when i enquired in my circles i have found many were cheated like me in that circles so be carefull before dealing with him

I request all of the persons cheated by him to kindly post their sad stories and experience so that other persons wont get cheated

DJI wkm collected 65k and didnt send wkm and not paid money back now not lifting calls

Think you negotiated with him via PM or Mail, so more details could be helpful for the rest of us, such as

When did you complete the payment,
Till when did the seller promise to ship the item,
Did he agree to refund you because of not honoring the deal? etc.

A little delay on the part of seller is forgivable but if you/your circle feel cheated, I would suggest you to file an FIR. 65K is not a small amount to loose. I hope you already have his contact number,bank account details; which should be enough for the cops to find him out.

for mr he said will refund money but sent me false and forged online statements that he transffered money

today sent him an legal notice to his address giving a weektime to solve issue outside law if not said will proceed legally

after i got cheated contacted a person in mumbai named rajesh he said he too got cheated so thought it would be better to post in Rcindia forum so that no more would be cheated

He is not lifting calls and not replying to messages

Why are you guys not taking this issue to police? 65k is not a small amount!

Do this immediately
1.Take print out of all the fraud activities of Mr Hemant F Guru
2. Lodge police Complaint
3. Catch hold of a lawyer, send him a court notice (don't worry. There are lawyers available for very cheap price)
3. Google this name you will see he is involved in many forums in cheating activities, write about it every where

Worst part is if any company that will hire will do background check. When they do hopefully this will pop up.

Its feels really sorry to see such activities on the rise on such a good forum. When i started out in RC (about 1.5 years ago) i had less than 1/4th the equipment required to fly nitro.The remaining 3/4th was bought through this very site. Getting into electric flying was entirely from stuff brought from here.So many people i dealt with; never even giving it a second thought..and it always worked out well..in fact it worked out superbly well.All items true to stated description,prompt sending no hassels at all....
Lately i've stared feeling that i need to be careful..much much more careful.Maybe avoid sales from new joinees altogether... and this changing of perception is what troubles me.
I hope it does not become a incorrigible thought process. Dont know how many on this forum have started to feel the same lately...

Anwar Bhai. Pl take note. He is using this forum to post Advt dupe people. It has happened once too often and we have talked about it too. Once too often.

I have recently had a very bad experience with thehobbyshop.in
Their website went down (domain is now not valid) a week after I placed my order and the contact number is switched off.
Apart from that, I am now down Rs. 1400.

Which city he is from. I think in fact I request all the members of the forum who are from tat city please help out. Robo in this matter.

He stays in Devangere, Bangalore.

I bought material worth 50k+ divided into 3-4 orders from him last year. Most of the things reached me with a delay of 7-10 days.

I very well remember that the last order was worth some 30k and he stopped picking the phone/reverting back to messages after the fund transfer. Eventually after about 200-300 calls in two days he shipped the material. Of course the parcel did not have everything that I had paid for but since the deal was closed at a good price, I did not put up a fight. 

In parallel to whatever you are doing, I would also recommend that you get a younger sibling/cousin (or anyone who's free) to repeatedly call Hemanth all through the day for 2-3 days. Since he also uses the same number for his business, he'll eventually give up and get back to you for a solution. 

I had extended conversations with him last year. He comes from a well off family and is an engineer and in general did not seem to be a bad guy. I fail to understand why he has to resort to such activities.
