Many people have asked me to ban him.  I don't think that serves any purpose, as creation of accounts is easy. 

The real solution in any case of breach of contract (including this one) is to initiate legal proceedings via police/courts. It is not as difficult as it sounds.

I agree with you, but he is again making new sale posts without even bothered about replying to allegations and accusations against him or resolving them. I mean what kind of respectable person would sit quite and take it all without making a noise when his character and honesty are being questioned. His silence leads me to believe that either he had genuine reasons and don't expect us to understand or his intentions were never sincere from the beginning itself, isn't afraid and doesn't care about consequences for reasons known to him!

However is it possible,atleast to stop him from making any sales posts from his current account.

Strangely the OP hasn't updated on the situation, neither has heliboycochin which could have been helpful.

Update: thehobbyshop.in website has been started again. However all old user accounts have been lost. There still has been no communication from their side regarding my order. My money still lies with them and I have not received any item.

I saw a radio alum case available on his site showing as IN STOCK looking at that i placed my order the money got deducted from my acc i called him the other day asking when will it be shipped only to know that the radio case was never in stock it was shown as IN STOCK by mistake . Never the less he told me he will check if the case was in his warehouse but he never called me back i called him the next day asking if he could find anything but he said it was not there i needed a radio case urgently hence told him to ship the turnigy radio case he did not provide me with the shipping id untill the next 2 days when he finally gave it to me on asking

Though i got the turnigy case and was packed fine and the cheque of the refund amount was there but why would you show something as in stock when it is not why accept a payment for it and then say iam sorry its out of stock any way i thought i'll put it out there if the mods think its not that serious you can delete it

I literally got robbed by funaster akka rchobbyaddict.com by nearly 60,000 Rs. and now i'm stuck very badly.
I'm just a student and got money from a client of mine (sanjay surabhjit) who is about to file a case against me..
i'm just a student studying in St. Stephens College, Delhi..
and i promise i will shutdown this company and never enter this hobby again..
I beg you all if you have any influential contacts who can pull me out of this in legal terms please contact me...

Funaster people have told me they have many lawyers and they won't fund back money at all, which they allegedly robbed

What is the case ?
Seems to be a serious issue.

These people lied lied and lied, its been a month now since they are playing around with my money, and instruments, its not just 1 thing:
1)they promise the copter will be ready in 3-4 days time
2)they tell their dys escs are faulty
3)they run their maytech escs and tell that they are faulty as well
4)when motors had problem they checked my naza v1 on tarot 650 and reported me that the controller with gps was performing ver well in another copter, so the problem lies in escs
5)I arranged 6 escs 40amp for a hobby store which they reported was working fine with my controller
6)they fried my controller(naza v1)
7) they fried one of my receiver too
8- openly anirudh accepted it and says they haven't worked with naza v1 and so its not there fault
9) even though they fried all my investment, they offer a little refund
10) ask me to do case or whatever, and claim they have too many lawyers and previously went to jail

A total fault on their side I can say from this.
Please explain in detail and step by step what hapenned.

Sir, funaster people convinced me to take their setup, they stock faulty products in their website..
(like the dys escs and maytech escs) which they themselves accept,
also they have a faulty product now(tarot 1000mm) which is still on their website..if you don't believe.. just order the frame and you will get a broken frame..

luckily i din't get separate parts from them, i gave them contract of a full hexacopter..
and now after playing with my v1, 6x40a escs and 20k advance, its been a month and they say just take your things back with the advance..they burnt up the v1,hopefully escs are fine

sorry to hear about your dealing wit rchobbyaddict.

2 months back I got stuff worth 80k from them and all was received in good condition. luckily I ordered parts 800mm hexacopter frame with tarot motors and escs, naza v2, props and huge 6s 10ah lipo.

I personally assembled and tested it last month.

you should have met them personally before starting on this project as it involved huge money considering you are a student. also you could have consulted on forum wit members.

i will very much accept any help from their side, my coming to forum was just an advice given to me by the senior members, god knows what will happen to me and my deal, i can't afford to pay the other side...
i very much liked funaster people initially., but the no. of fraud deals done to me is unacceptable...

i promised him a hexacopter with payload 3 kgs without any gimbal for 1.2 lakhs..
he has his own gimbal

Wow as a student accepting that huge an amount for a project and not doing background checks before investing it or trusting it with anybody will bring a consequence like this. Robin please do think before you do such transactions, especially in this hobby. There are very few people who own lhs that you can trust. Just dont go to any lhs and buy things from them. They should have a very good track record for you to invest/trust them with such a huge amount, getting advice from senior members beforehand is highly recommended.

Unfortunately for you the happening has happened and being a student there isnt much you can do other than ask for help from the law probably some lawyer might take your case pro bono considering you are a student who was duped.

Either party( client or lhs)  have capital to pay if a legal tussle does take place, hoping it wont.
But you cant do anything regarding this, ask your parents what can be done.

I hope the senior members can advice robin regarding this.

Funaster you need to speak up as this is harming your reputation .... both parties need to discuss this and ambically resolve the issue, having know Funaster for long I am sure they care about thier reputation and will bring an end to this.

It has to be a WIN - WIN situation for both.

My humble request is to have this resolved at the earliest.

Rchobbyaddict.com has earned such a bad name i told two of my friends to stay as away from them as possible , Robby so sorry to hear such a thing has happened to you , not your fault those guy's are thief's you should IMO file a police complaint on rchobbyaddict.com and go to the consumer court as well

i personally admire anam i'm sure he'll come up with something thats justified, some signs of humanity, nd i'll very much appreciate it 

I have deleted a self promoting post by Funaster in another board.  I expect them to work with the customer (in public or private) before trying to promote themselves with a "discussion" thread here.  I do not mean either party is right or wrong, and I certainly do not mean that Funaster has to blindly accept or agree with everything said here, but some response is a must before trying to market themselves further here.  The audience is entitled to some feedback.
