I am posting this here as Mr. nithin raj suggested,
I bought a new turnigy balance charger from this guy called Mohit Bn (1ZzZ1) . payed him Rs. 500 more than a month back, at these times he has response to all my calls, but after payment is made he never picked calls. After waiting 1-2 weeks, as I didn't got the charger delivered, I again tried contacting him. after 2-3 days of regularly trying to call him, one day he came online in the forum and says he send the charger through VRL logistics - so I went to palakkad office of this VRL and again I lose 50Rs bus fare.

But no luck - then again unattended calls  - after few more days he comes up with a SMS that his phone fell in water , it's not working and that's why he is not responding. Then through PM he said that the package returned to him  , so I asked him to send it through speed post - and he replied he will do that by the next day morning -now again 2 week passed, still no reply nor parcel from him.
I think I lost my money.

All I have is his phone number, his bank account details, can I do something against this fraud with the details ?

while checking his profile it seems , he mainly uses rcindia to post 'to sell' ads. though he says item booked, item shipped, item sold n many posts, I can't get somebody who really bought an item from him
Now what should I do, has any one bought anything from this guy ?

There is nothing you can do. Buying from eBay is safer.

After lot of issues, One that is with the board is that sensor:
1> Values don't move when in the Sensor Test (values stuck at 512 )
2> the bubble in Acc Bubble doesn't move when he board is moved.
3> Nor does the Gyro bubble.


NOW THIS GUY says that " Since the board isn't saying 'SENSOR NOT OK', there is nothing wrong with the board."

WTF ! . He gives me a bad board and now is not willing to either replace it or refund it.

What am I to do now

I am not sure what you can do. Buying stuff from people is always a risk, at least hobby stores have a specified return policy. Maybe you could take the board to some store that does soldering work and check the sensor IC solder joints.
If you collected the board from him personally, you should have run a sensor test then itself to check that is fine.

He doesnt have much experience in KK boards ... so IDK if he will be able to help. Will talk to him again i guess.

He is just a seller not a hobbyist, so you cant expect him to reply now, he lives in delhi i guess, and you live in noida so you should have picked up the board personally,do you have his address?

yes I have.  and I took it personally Rs130 per trip

If you have his address, you can go to his house and talk to him, if he say the board was working fine,tell him to refund the money, but still he is just a seller and have no information about the hobby, he will just close the door and you will suffer, but you can make his business suffer, leave a negative feedback,and spread the word
About the board, you Have to find someone who can repair your board,but repairing will be an headache

I have been positive to all your queries and am willing to get you the board replacement from my seller which was decided long back., still you wanted an immediate replacement for which I dint had the board
I have done 10+ trade here with fairly positive reviews but inspite of me willing to replace the fully functional board with you (did I say that the board was checked and found to be working) you are not happy with the trade?
Is that because I'm not able to spare time (don't even have much experience) to tune your kk and you aren't able to setup your board?

Well, @Mr.Ribz, Now we heard your side too - Misunderstandings happens,
as a seller, your side is clear - Anyone here won't stop purchasing from you because of this issue - if you solve it out.

What I have understood, By speaking in detail with Mr. Gautam, is, the KK board is indeed damaged It is not a calibration or setup issue.

So now it is your choice,  How you treat your customers.

nothing against you @Ribz but saying that there is nothing wrong with the board when clearly there is, is what irritated me.I know ou are busy with the papers now, but I need a confirmation from your side that I would get a replacement board as the board is clearly non-functional.
It hurts me to the core that I paid money for the board and now its all going to waste.
In order to be a decent seller know ways to help out the customer. And yes after this experience I think ill prefer and online hobby store probably because I know that if something goes wrong I can return or get th eproduct replaced.

Did you try to flash the FW again and test?

yes i did that, same issue, didnt help.

the kk2.1 is essentially an atmel 644 - load a program called i2c scanner (google for the hex)
and run the result on a serial terminal in your computer. you should be able to check the integrity
of the sensor ( mpu6050? )

you should get a result like "i2c device connected address 0x68"

been a while so read up on it first.

So,you want to by the dx5e tx only for 1000rx but seller says no you have to buy  tx 1000rs + brand new rx 800rs and your shipping 300rs not just the tx. seller includes used neckstrap and some shrinks .you agree with it 2100rs tx+rx+shipping now you recieve your order the tx is fine but rx is damaged oh no,the antena has come off and a small piece of the rx has chiped but seller told you brand new rx correct ,so you call up the seller inform him about damaged rx and that the tx is fine you now inform the seller that you  braught the tx  just to remove the module from it he is fine with it ,you go ahead and post pictures of the damaged  rx that same time on rci .the seller tell you to goahead and try to solder the antena yourself and check online how it is done if any problem then he will see you call a friend from rci and inform him about the same this friend say if seller says he will see goahead and solder, now  keep in mind here the seller doesnt mention anything about the tx and he knows you are  goin to remove the module he can stop you here and you are happy with tx and its yours now,as the seller said go ahead and try with rx so you put some glue and glue up the small broken piece of the rx case and thats sorted  ,now you try to help the seller and be good to him by trying to solder the antena to the rx even thou you know the seller is supposed to give you a new rx you still try to help and take a risk, now here is the problem  you have never soldered a antena to a reciever before ever , so you start doing your research google,youtube,rc groups trying to help the seller by doing that small little solder on the rx and closing the topic there ,  now at the same time the tx is not the issue correct you informed seller that tx is recived and no damages found he know about you removing module so what the hell you open up the tx and remove the module as the tx is now your and you have no complains sellers knows too that you will be removing module seller did not say anything about the tx, now  you do your research on the rx and  then you get back to the seller and inform him about the research you did on the damaged rx you inform him  that the copper trace has come off the rx board.and that you can't glue the antenna back on. It has to be soldered to the circuit board, and that will be difficult or impossible given the damage as you dont see any solder on  the board aswell.now like we know rx is the heart of the airplane why take a risk better take a refund or replacement.you inform the seller about rx damage on rci,
now the seller tell you on rci that you are his priority and that he will give you a refund or replacement of the rx ,so all good and you are fine with it here again the seller doent say a word about the tx and you know he is goin to replace or refund the rx so you still digging into that open tx trying to remove the module.now suddenly   the seller changes his mind and tells you, no he cannot give you a refund for 800rs (price you paid for the rx).and that you should ship the tx and rx back to him he will give you a refund but now the full amout 2100rs and yes ,Again  you have to pay for shipping that is 300rs again or may be more were you stay ,now you in a soup because you have opened the tx already and removed the module from it since the tx was not an issue only the rx was The problem and the seller said he will refund or replace the rx .... now seller says he is a college student,price was dirt cheap,gave you shrink wraps, neck strap,says he invested a lot in the tx, he also starts to blame you saying that You your self destroyed the rx you did not want it anyway And that you forced him to sell the tx and rx when clearly in a thread he mention 1800rs for you only no one else ...... blah blah now Finally seller says he will not refund you anything ....now what ...was it your falt you recieved a damaged rx,was it your falt you opened the tx after informing seller ,was it your falt for trying to help.
