Honestly, I feel "vineet" and "vineet_p" are distinct enough.  There is also another user with "vineet_14".  Not sure an early bird scheme applies to usernames

Of course if we had "ANIL" and "AN1L", that is a different case.  I am willing to change "vineep_p" to whatever your suggestion is, that can easily be done.  Just let me know if you want me to proceed with this.
