I meant do you ship it to the buyer direct from banggood or do you clear it and then ship to the buyer? I'm talking about the scenario where the parcel gets stuck at customs. You claim insurance in that scenario?

There is no trolling. India direct shipping on Banggood doesnt get stopped at customs. Its Alljoy shipping shipping which doesnt get stopped. And it is cheaper than 7500 on Banggood.
