Considering the pins are not soldered, the items is 'As-New' and unused. Importing it from DIY Drones would cost :Rs: 15K+ including shipping and customs (send FedEx, so you can't escape the duties).
All the best for the sale Gaurav. Do mention the complete listing of items (GPS, Pin/Headers, connectors etc) so that even if this deal doesn't go thru, other may make a good assertion of the item value.
