It is available at a shop in Abdul Reheman Street, Mumbai. 250 per sheet, very good quality but size is smaller than normal depron sheets. What i did is used normal depron sheets, coated its side with transparent tape, works great for wing folds.. can be covered up by paper or paint.

The best foam Sandy & I got (thanks to efforts by VC, Sandy & Sandy's Johnies ) who got them to Shillong.

This foam doesn't require CF rods, just cut it fix it and fly it, super rigid, ideal to make even full fuse airframes without the use of CF again.

Selling off a surplus stock of Dollar Tree type / Foam Core Board. Each piece measures 4 ' x 4 ' @ Rs. 650/- per piece (approx. Rs.40/- per sq.ft.).

Stock 10 sheets.

Extremely resilient and does not require any reinforcement. Due to the PU covering on both sides, it can be spray painted.

Local pick up preferred.

Can procure more if orders follow, though the prices must have escalated since then.

Just checked the rates on Speedpost. 5 sheets packed together with 2mm Ply sheets top and bottom should weigh around 2 kgs. Shipping would be around Rs.250/- as per : http://www.indiapost.gov.in/SP_Dom.aspx

Cost of ply + packing will be another 250/-. (Approx - as I am not sure how much the ply and packing cloth will cost)

Cost of 5 sheets = 3250/-

Total would be APPROX Rs.3750/- for 5 sheets.

CAN SHIP ONLY IF SPEEDPOST ACCEPTS THE SIZE - 4 ' X 4' X 6".

whats the flexibility of this thing... I am abit confused about the foam to buy... I've found some foam board in a shop over here 3mm. He assures me its foamboard... it is foam laminated between two sheets of thin paper... its very flexible.. please can you post a pic wiht the sheet bending to its maximum without breaking... that way i'll knw if thats the thing to buy...

3 mm foam board is likely to be flexible to an extent with lamination  and lot more without. You cannot compare with 6 mm which is very rigid in comparison.

This thing is laminated with plastic film right? The thing i saw had paper lamination. Does that make any difference?
