I have a E-sky 2.4G 6ch Rx (EK2-0424) which has (honestly!) never been used. I'm ready to sell it at a low price (quote one for consideration).
Will also trade it for a cheap servo OR connectors OR accessories (like shrink wrap, fibre tape etc.)

Sorry, I don't know that. Maybe a senior could enlighten us.

PS: I guess it only works with E-sky 2.4GHz radios.

Hellyflyer

No this will not work with Turnigy 9X, it will only work with Esky 2.4Ghz Tx

What would be a reasonable asking price for this Rx?
I would be really glad to exchange it with one of the things mentioned in the 1st post.:)

Swapnil

Just out of curiosity...
The antenna wire length of this Rx is about 1in while that of my SD-5G Rx is about 8in even though both work on 2.4GHz. Does this difference give the Sanwa radio more range?

Swapnil

Also the Sanwa Rx has 2 antenna wires (unlike the Esky Rx). Is that another factor influencing range?
One has to orient them perpendicular to each other while there's no such hassle with the Esky Rx. Is that a downside?

I think I should have posted this as a new topic, nobody seems to want to answer this here.:(

KALYANPRODHAN

Hi,

I have the same Tx+Rx. Earlier somewhere saw the separate @ Rs. 600/- while in that site others are too costly (Appx 1.5 to 3 times than other site like rcelectro, RCForall) that I have not bookmarked that site even. But I have not found the Rx separate elsewhere. So, you can give it to me (of course not free). The asking price you please quote here so that you may get some good price from other also.

Thanks

hi guys,
as said above esky rx only works with esky tx,
Swapnil ............... there are two areals on yours because it 'signal' jumps.... same sort of system as the DXI
as for the length.. the wire is mainly coax BUT on the end the last inch or so is the areal 'see a different thickness' in the wire as it gets towards the end.

Kalyan Sir, the Rx is just sitting idly in a box (as the Tx got fried due to mishandling  :banghead:)

I'm not selling it for money, I just thought someone could make good use of it (as I can't anymore).
I did not mention the asking price as I don't know how much it is sold for separately. I would really appreciate it if you could suggest one.
Also, I'd be more than happy to exchange it with any of the stuff I mention in the first post.
I'm just starting with the hobby and am looking for props (9x4.7, 8x4, 7x6), 12/14 AWG silicone wires, 3mm prop saver, XT60 connectors etc.

Thanks for the info sir! But, why is the coax 8in long (8 times that of the Esky Rx)?

KALYANPRODHAN

Swapnil,

I can make good use. Not only the Rx but also the fried Tx too.
Rx will add one separate model and fried Tx definitely be used in my DIY projects (Cabinet, joystick pot etc.).

Thanks.

Ah, sir, I've already used the Rx in my DIY projects and competitions (Robowars, races etc) and am planning to use it again. I've already ripped apart all the circuits and components (and used them in various circuits). All that's left in the Tx is pots. And I'm planning to use it as an analog remote (interface with PIC uC etc).

Swapnil

Rx booked for 'KALYANPRODHAN' sir.

hi guys,
the long length of the twin wires from rx are so they can be arranged in the model
AND still be at 90% to each other .......ie one horizontal and  one vertical.. a requirement in these rx.
