The box is original and in perfect condition and the original antenna will be included. You can use this receiver with your PC, Computer, Laptop, Phone or Tablet as a display also. For that you have to buy a Easy Cap(ill put the links in the description from ebay) with the OTG Cable if you want to use it on Phone or Tablet. I can give me Clover Leaf Antenna instead of the original on special request with an increase in the price a little. I didn't but it from here and i dont recommend you also to buy it from the above link. It is coming from China as you can see in the description, rest is your wish. This camera works can work with any receiver but remember that The camera operates on 5v.
