Easy copter series is a very cool concept and the fact that it can accomodate a large variety of electronics and different combinnation of arm lengths and electronics combos make it the most versatile setup I have ever seen.

As for the H Quad- go for the sunnysky 2212 980 kv motors. You should get motors in the 750-980 kv range + 30 Amp SimonK ESCs with 10x4.5 props on a 3 cell setup.

If you have a good budget: get Tiger Motors: http://www.quadkopters.com/product/t-motors-mt-2212-980kv/ (http://www.quadkopters.com/product/t-motors-mt-2212-980kv/)

I have already bought
4x avionic c2830 850 kv motors
1x hobbywing  4 20 amp Quattro esc
1x 2200 mah 11.1 volt lipo
1x easycopter h quad hub
4x wood boom sticks

WILL THIS SETUP WORK ? I ALSO HAVE BOTH 8x4.5 and 10.45 PROPELLERS WHICH ONE SHOULD I USE ?

It will work. Use the 10x4.5 props. What arm length have you decided upon?

I have not decided it , the quadkopters website , told me to buy the 10 inch wood or aluminium sticks , I bought wood sticks , but if  the 10 inch propeller will come about 5 inch max on a half side , then my go pro will be shattered

You will need to cut the 10 inch arms into halves and then attach them to the 90deg joiners, or purchase some longer booms.
In the pic the black lines depict where the booms should end.

8x4.5 is too small for a 3s setup. If you want to carry weight and have good efficiency then use 10x4.5
