i have replace the old plastic servo with metal gear servo
replaced old differential gear with new ,
car has lot of speed on 2 s and it become rocket on 3 sell ,although i would prefer you to use it on 2 cell
oiled filled  shock absorber ,
i have covered the bottom plate with rubber to save it from scratches

You may want to edit your post. This boat is not 'ready to run'. It needs a Radio and battery.

It's ready to hand launch, sort of like a glide test but on water. I'm interested but I can only afford a bathtub not a pool so I can't use it.
