they do not gives a permission if we ask before import.

and they detain the our parcel and charge custom duty...

Our advocate also sent a Notice to ahmedabad FPO Commissioner.
And i also applied a RTI...

we meet the customs officer 6-7 times...we also ask the phone number of their senior officer and they says we have not their phone number.

he says this all things are Restricted...and if parcel total cost is more than 2000 INR than we must pay penalty...like 5000/- + custom Duty

they give only one advise..."send back the parcel to your seller"

that many person telling me that if you can not offer VITAMIN "M" than they will not release the parcel.

see before ordering just get permission and do it or dont import.

yes i ask about heli KIT and it's parts but he says that all are restricted we can not import it.

As i said before he detain my parcel which contain only Carbon fiber propeller and other parcel has only multi copter board ,heat sink and connector...

they release my parcel after 2 month with 1000rs duty on each parcel...
so...that why i applied for RTI and also sent NOTICE from my advocate.

I think he really need Vitamin "M"...he is corrupted...

Customs: 50%

50% of 4647.89 INR = 2323.94

Total ( Tx + shipping + customs ) = 4647.89 INR + 2323.94 INR

Your quoted Price = 7500 + shipping

difference between price = 7500 INR - 6971.83 INR

Thetr is a simpler way. Customs issue a receipt for whatever they charge. Its also attached to parcels brought in by indian post. Why dont you share the receipt and get out of all controversies

Mbt , its quit clear that you are trying to make a quick buck here by selling items at a higher rate ,,,stop blaming the customs and postal department and please stop giving extra gyan abt Gujarat rules ,,i have many fnds in Surat and Ahmadabad ,they have been importing things from hobbyking since many years now ..also why is everyone giving soo much importance to this sale thread  , mbt wants to sell his item at whatever  he wants that's his choice , people interested in his offer can choose to take it or else IGNORE it guys

They will Clear your Doubt...When ever you call them then you realize they will not even listen to you what you need to ask...

Whatever happened to the customs duty?...youre taking a loss of 200 for no fault of yours or u got into a deal with customs and postal? Got a refund or something? If the customs or the post office has not given any receipt of the duty then you cannot prove that any duty was paid! I in knowledge- everyone who pays a duty gets a receipt/letter stuck on their consignment with the duty amount written on it.
