I do have robot base but can't sell it.

You can build your own robot base very easily using polycarbonate.

isn't this just an esc for brushed motors ?

Nope. It has two inbuilt ESCs which can drive 2 brushless motors and have several many other settings that normal ESCs dont provide. for example using channels in different manner.
