I would love to see this play out in the courts.  For the simple reason that there is a lesson in this for anyone who wants to attempt anything of this sort again !  But then again, it would be a significant effort.

Pretty much everything done by the seller can be "explained" (does not really translate into "justified"), except for the double-dealing part !

How cautious a person can be.
I have seen separate sections on some fora where you can rate the seller and post comments about him.

Looks like people have not even looked at the feedback thing we have here !  It is the exact same functionality that we have 

I used this to give a positive feedback for Jayanth when I bought my car.I hope everyone who has had any transaction will do this.

Ya Anwar Bhai, I have seen a sticky topic, in " RC Outlets and Resellers" , I think it will be helpful for everybody if every member post their experiences good or bad about their dealings with members or online shops. This will a great help for new members like me.

But if the seller refuses to entertain personal inspection/pickup, as in this case, I guess the outcome is predictable...  the conclusion being that it will end up a police complaint.

Anwar, my idea was to check BEFORE sending payment. Sure, this is no guarantee that it is what will be sent, but should be good in the majority of cases.
