Our group (5 members) has planned to make a RC jet, which would be EDF powered. A member of our group has made his own quadcopter so he had designed the jet and listed the materials we needed. We searched on amazon for a 70mm EDF but later realized that it was just the fan case and the motor was not affordable in our budget. So we wish to know where can we buy reasonable ducted fan with motor! two motors infact! And other parts like ESC, connectors, 3-4S lipo batteries. EDF in range of  :Rs:5000-7000!

the edf you requested....1kg thrust

Hi,
I have a 64mm edf with motor.
Gives a  thrust of 500g with 3s on a 45A power.

70mm would be to much for a 1kg plane also. You need to add a much bigger battery.

Propose to use 64mm 4300kv setup
