Is battery is also included, in list Battery is not mentioned but in pic Turnigy nano-tech battery is shown.

The battery is not included in the deal.

Initially while clicking photos I was planning on selling it but now while putting stuff on sale i changed my mind.

So all prospect purchaser please note  you will have to purchase a 3S 850 mAh battery to make this beauty Fly.

What brushless motor is this?

I dont get what you mean by this question for tech details follow the link given a few comments above, This motor is used in the Heli to turn the main rotor and tail rotor.
