and its been over a month now u are not depostinf my money back to my account giving me all the possible xcuses..

even i to wanna get 5000 and friend of mine, want to get 4300.(totally 9,300). this gentleman not all picking my call.  no response for past two months. i went to near by police station to give compliant.they told that want to give compliant in his own native place.Now my exams are going. i'll wait till my exam's complete.If he didn't return, surely i'll give compliant in his native place.very worst character ever i seen from birth.

And funds was deposited in installments, since it was a small amount I did not get any message of the deposit and I spent the money. But you also took a lot of time to deposit the full payment right. And I have the money adjusted and sent back to you by now. To new account number you gave me. And pervious account number was showing closed when I tried to do the online transfer.

I have transfer 4000 to you and you get the rest in a week since my exams are going on it will take some time to set the money for you.

I gave 2600 for the shipping and 300 for packing. I still have the receipt for it and i left that because i was not 100% when it arrived to seller

And I did not say the money was a small amount; I just sent it was deposited in parts and So thats why i did not get any message of the deposit; nor bimal informed me about the deposit ; He only called when he deposit money fully after 25 days

1.  It does not matter if you sold 50 things.  If you do not respond in a timely manner to 2 people, all the goodwill earned disappears.

Regarding rc groups deal I did not update him the tracking number that is all but he got the board on time ; He got the board on same day he posted.

And Bimal did not tell me that he was paying installments and he took around 25 days to pay the whole money; Please understand it.

It never took 25 days mate , i had told u the payment will be in part ..
firstly dont talk about that at all cause u already sold the product to some one  else , which u should not, i have dealt with many members here and everybody understands  that we all are working or travelling or tied up , but none of them are like this .
When i called u , the first thing u told me that u sold it to some one else and u are not aware abt the transfer at all .
when u can keep my money and use it for abt month and over  and then u take around one month to transfer my money its not fair .

Still i was very polite to u  when u sold the bixler to some one , and requested u to deposit money back ..
Anyways whats done is done , recived 4000/- from u yesterday and pls pay the balance by this week ..

One can understand misunderstanding with one person, but not more that one I am sure????? .... I had a very very bad experience.....I am sure Mr Hemanthguru knows about it & has not forgotten.....?

I had left the thread with my trade open ended. Since it is being referred to here may be I should update the status. Hemanth did sent some left over accessories. My need was for new/like new stuff, what I got was hardly that inspite of me trying to confirm the condition before the deal. I eventually got around to replacing the bearings and then found some other issues, so the motors still lie unused. Anyway I consider it a closed chapter with no ill will. I didn't think he was a scamster because he wouldn't have made much monetary gains from the transaction. I did not leave feedback for him because I thought his intentions were not bad and thought he should have another chance.

It is obvious communication is still certainly not your forte. In this thread, neutral parties have pointed out certain traits in you that they observed. I too believe they are spot on. Would be good for you yourself to ponder over them.

Sir , Thats exactly my point; I was not trying to cheat anyone ; and I have made sure everyone was justified. Due to my exams I was not able to communicate properly and I agree. A disregard in communication does not refer to cheating or double dealing.
Some times even hobbyking does not communicate with me properly even after getting many missing things or not even shipped paid order; It does mean they cheat anyone.
and more ever I hope i have solved all the issues ; Except for Bimal I have to give 2000 Rs
