STRAIGHT & LIGHTWEIGHT  pine wood booms for sale

this wood can b good replacement for carbon fibre rods in the event of crash as well as weight and cost wise too..

I too made tilt mechanisms and motor mounts with Phenolic PCBs and they're not really a good choice even for a multicopter as small as 300mm. With holes drilled in them, it's suicidal to use it. Flimsy, 2mm aluminium works far way better, really.

You should try blank fiberglass PCBs, they're much more stronger.
