This is the Walkera UP02 upgrade tool. It can be used to update the firmware on the DEVO 7 transmitter and on selected Walkera all-in-one control boards/flight controllers.

The UP02 will allow you to update the control board firmware of the QR X350 quadcopter as well.

UP02 USB interface cable
