Here is what I use to cover my DIY NIMH packs, Lipo Packs, ESC's and lot more..
Don't know whether this is available in your cities or not.. But found worth sharing it..

Shrinking rate: cross section: 48% +/-5; longitudinal: 15% +/-3 (measure in boiling water for 1 minute)
Paid around  :Rs: 90/metre for 72mm
         And  :Rs: 30/metre for 30mm
Tiny Things, But very usefull, Specially in our hobby..

Neat! Useful stuff. Can also be used to waterproof components in boats / hovercraft and especially submarines. Will be looking out for this item in the 'For Sale' section. Please PM me if you are open to it.

Regards.

So sir how to use this? Similar to normal heatshrink tubing?
Just apply heat over it directly(like on open flame?) or is there a certain method this has to be shrinked on to desired product?
Build planes like feathers rather than tanks, both handle bullets equally well.
