Just to reconfirm before buying from seller, need to confirm tht if any of switch is ON down mode and then POWER is on, then is it like to cause issue of blue light not coming up !!! Is it that all switches needs to be on OFF - upper mode before switching ON

Check second comments by klaw81 "Put all the radio's switches in "off" position - this is a safety feature. All switches should be either up or back."
