Hello.
I don't thin this one is the original KK.Cause it doesn't come in blue colour. The Firmware and programming and all would be different. You shouldn't cheat anyone with this. There are fake ones that could be updated to " Rolf R. Bakkes " Frimware using the USB ASP Programmer. But the hardware is different.

your post comes across as mean and sly ....

can you backup your claims with data ??

you could start by detailing how exactly is the hardware different ....

Dear Zalman, its good to identify a product weather its original or not. Even if the product mentioned above could not be an original one but it could not be a fake too, maybe a Clone. Also the words you ve used ("Dont Cheat") are a bit Harsh. You could ve conveyed your message in a good way too. Here at this forum we are to help each other not to Blame each other.

First of all, we apologise for violating the rules when posting in the "Deals" section. It was our first post in this section and we will ensure that we do not make this mistake in the future. We were temporarily banned for this reason and hence we could not post a clarification.

We would like to thank Mr. Zalman for going through this post and pointing out the errors that we made. The product we are selling is not the original KK Board. You can buy the original board from hobbyking.com

However, The hardware is EXACTLY the same as the original one. Moreover, it has been flashed with Steveis KK2.1 firmware (HW Version 2.1, SW Version 1.19S1).

One thing we would like to point out is, if the hardware is different, the system cannot be just "updated to Rolf R. Bakkes Frimware using the USB ASP Programmer.". There are a lot of things that will be different like pin connections from the AVR chip, sensors used, component placements and their values, and so on.

Please note that we DO NOT sell fake products at our website. All our products are tested before being sold. The KK2 board that we sell at our website works like the original one. The colour of the pcb this blue so as to ensure that our customers know that it is not the original one sold by hobbyking.

And all our purchases have 100% Buyer protection provided by our Payment Gateway provider PayUmoney. If you find that we sold you a fake product, you can always raide a dispute with PayUmoney. You will get 100% refund. Moreover, PayUmoney will probably terminate their agreement with us if such cases happen multiple times.

We would like to thank Saikat Sir and miginstruments for going through this thread and posting their views.
