Pl beware of this soft spoken guy, As I had experienced in last month.

I was visited him to purchase some Balsa and he convinced me to purchase his model for  Rs 2900. I trust him  , but he sent me a plane with Brocken wing  having a " WASH IN " problem. I tried to contact him and sent so many mails, but he has not replied even single mail or call. I requested him for RIBS design , so I can make wing, but not responded. My model is still on ground in absence of wing.

I found some more air modeler complaining same about him in Bhopal, He has faulty things selling on our cost, so pl be careful about dealing and after sales customer support.

We are absolutely unaware of any problem with DJI. Please do let us know about your guess. Seems you have some solid lead about it. Please also let the members know about your lead as it would benefit the community.

I paid the transportation cost at Bhopal ( Rs 230) to Syndicate Transport. only wing is required in same color. Pl confirm , I will bring the wing next week at ahmedabad for replacement.

I had requested Neelesh , Sphere Hobbies to replace only wing , but as expected ,he has not replied any mail or show serious intention to change the wing.

So I have decided to construct a new wing ( Span -62") , Ribs have been cut and sanded.

Material – Lightweight  Wood

This is my first construct of Wood , requesting all members for guidance and help.

Thats sad customer service. Another member too had posted a similar experience, a while back.

Mr Sphere , looks like you take things quit DIL pe  ...Arun bhai intended it as a joke ,its quite clear by the way he has written it ,people who will buy a DJI  surely knows abt it ,its one of the best system available till date,u don't need to go after anyone and everyone who intend pun in some replies/comments , its a forum try keeping good relationship with fellow aeromodellers , its a community with limited members    

Sphere Hobbies Faulty wing Reconstruction:

Need suggestions for following.
•   Hinges on Trailing edge
•   How to send leading edge.
•   How to glue both wing with dihedral Joint

We believe that some members of this forum are taking advantage and BLACK MAILING the LHS by posting incorrect comments and complains.

If you think this forum should remain helpful to the community, take steps to stop it. Other members often comment without knowing the subject matter. We have observed that time and again, the topics are diverted and no steps are taken. This thread is classic example of the same.

We are leaving the guess on all members.
our kindest request to all members, please do not give fuel to fire if you are unaware of the subject details.

Our surprise is that person who does not know how to construct, can easily comment that the wing was faulty..

Laughable enough.

We request the admin to stop these comments or take action which can be helpful to our modelling community.

I never purchase anything from Spherehobbies. but discussion like this may lead this forum in unwanted direction.

Pls note we are few guys in 1 bn of population and very few LHS avaiable in this country. In interst of the hobby , pls be polite and processs oriented ...

I think if everybody fight like this, we will be going no where..

Pl remember, we are not black mailing you .you are not paying some thing to us, I have paid you for your garbage. we as a customer are giving you the money to live you well in society, so pl dont laugh on customers , otherwise you dont have any customers to laugh.

This hobby includes very few peoples and needs good finance, but peoples like cheating this community and demotivating new comers. Every body should know the face behind of soft spoken.You believe in one time selling , not in customer services.

There is so many persons, who have similar experience with you.

This is in regarding the order no 483 , as I reported you , that last two ribs were found Brocken and rest covering of wing was intact. But inside of left wing, all 6 ribs were found Brocken and bend, also two cracks were found on main spur near web, due to which, whole wing was loose.
On Sunday, senior members examine and told me, that wing was sold in damaged condition, otherwise the covering was not intact and main spur should not have a crack. I personally and other members at Bhopal feels, that I have been served with a damaged wing intentionally.
Also the amount was debited in EURO ( Rs 150 extra ) , same experience was shared by Mr khare here.

Finally I made the new wing.
I am a Lerner and have no experience as experts . Please  have a look of wing RIBS of new wing and old wing, you can easily identified the cause, but I forgot to take pictures of Wing wash in ( old wing) , will post tomorrow.
Also doing some correction on fuselage , so the model can fly.
