Sandeep, i would rather keep the Tx than passing my bank OTP to a stranger. I genuinely asked him to explain why i should pass my bank OTP to receive money? And he said its his brother sending through some other way which requires MY bank's OTP. Could you explain to me what kind of money transfer requires the receiving party to share his bank OTP to sender?

Eric was trying to transfer through a 3rd party agent as he did not want to show the transaction on his bank record.
I think there are agents now who do it. The process is similar to Western union when receiving money a pin is received by the sender and same is shared by recepient.
I told him that he could have transferred it to my ac and further i would have google payed it.
But anyways there was some confusion and he is upset and does not want to complete the deal.
