nice models sir :) bdw i don't think we can get this model cheaper anywhere...and the retail stores here charge 7000 bucks for a brushless motor, the cheapest model they sell here is thunder tiger... a plane of 10k without a fuselage...

vishal

if someone sold u a motor for 7000 bucks, it doesn't mean that you are going to do the same thing. the plane you have mentioned simply isn't worthy of 9.5k, when rcbazaar.com is selling bigger n better planes for less.

but there is no shortage of passion n money in india, so you may find yourself a buyer with this price too. all the best

ty vishal...sphere hobbies sell motors for 7000rs. and thats all we get in delhi..
rc sky hobbies sell planes and radios at way too high price...

@ Roby: I think price is too high. for 8k you will get Rcbazaar Blazer Model which is bigger than your Super cub pa-18 and it has got twin wing system.  :)

don't you think it will alter the performance? and maybe some models are specifically built for trainers. Well i've got some of my own plans, and as soon as i'm done with it, i'll be providing an rc plane with electronics in less than 4k...we used a 1200kv motor in it for test flights.

And as vishal sir said previously, passionate people will look up to performance, not the price

Roby ji,

The one in sphere hobbies is a 46 size equivalent motor that can give thrust of a OS 46 engine not a ordinary parkfly outrunner.
Im a passionate guy, but i will certainly look for a lower price with good quality. for this size model an ourunner for around 1000rupees is enough in my opinion. Outrunners with thrust of around 1200grams are available in India itself for 1100rupees. of course there are few people who build models and the rest buys model abroad.

And why would someone sell a plane without fuselage.

And the twin wing system wont affect the performance, its just that you select the wing as per your needs, Trainer wing when learning and Sport wing when your confidence developes.

roby

ashok sir, i meant a balsa stick instead of fuselage in the model :p

and mr. nitinraj
my set of electronics are 1200kv motor, 20amp esc, 9gmX4 servos
with a wingspan of 980mm,
fuselage length around 700mm or a bit more or less, i dont remember exact specification, and flies great.

roby

well here are the webcam shots of fuselage dimensions and aerofoils (standard naca foil but ratios and procedures mentioned) reports of our plans.. advanced flyers can go start building their foamies, meanwhile i'll scan whole report for beginners...

roby

super cub sold for 7000... this chain ends over here
and i will upload plans for the scratch model :) Stay tuned
