Is this a TX2-RX2 ics rc unit fount in toy cars and planes?

They sell for Rs350-700 for a complete cars and Rs500-800 for a complete plane.

I have requested several persons for info of cheap RC Plane even for IR too. But no one interested. It's not found even in BaraBazar (Mehta Bulding Large Toy Dealers).

I have requested for RTF not only ckt.
However, helis are very cheap in Kolkata. 3Ch IR heli starts from 550 to 990.
The Rs.800 models are sold at as higher as Rs.1750/- at BigBazar, cheapest Rate challenge.
