Please be careful while dealing with this seller he will send you photos of products and claim to be working but they will be defective and when you ask him to resolve he will say No return policy. He will block you on whatsapp and will not pickup your phone and not respond so assuming he has been doing it regularly.

Try calling his number there will be a delay in answering as his victims must be trying to reach him from different number.

Fortunately two of my colleagues are from nearby so if he doesnot resolve will get a formal police complaint done. Any guilty should be brought to book.
