Doesn't really matter. If wired straight, cw. If wire crossed,ccw. Or you can also change motor rotation in blheli configurator.

I know I can change rotation but threading does matter so... CW or CCW??

T motors when tightened properly will not become loose mid flight.

Yes. Bldc (Brushless dc motor) is basically brushless motor itself. But only esc is 2.5k including shipping. If buying with motors then it's 4.5k. The motors are powerful enough to use on a 320 sized quad with 5inch props.

T motor f60 Pro ii 2500kv. They are racing motors that should provide 1.6kg of thrust on full throttle. https://www.miniquadtestbench.com/t-motor-f60-pro-ii-2700kv.html
