Managed to sell my car and now i am left with a Spektrum SR300 Receiver.

will this bind with DSM 2 TX ?

yes it should bind to that TX but this is a surface RX and only 3 channel not really suitable for planes...

Yes this is a Surface Receiver meant for cars/boats.
