That being said, the whole purpose is encouragement.
Dont want to defeat that by overly strict rules.

So, the sweepstakes is closed to new entrants. Except for 3 days grace for existing entries to avoid disqualification on tech grounds.

But the performance competition is a bit different.
The goal was
1. Best duration over 1 minute in rubber power
2. Best duration over 2 minutes in glider (50m towline, or 10m histart)
3. Best duration over 30 sec in HLG/DLG

Since there is only one entry so far,
The performance competition closing date is extended to midnight 8th Jan

Members are encouraged to attempt performance targets even though too late for sweepstakes. Till 8th!

Come on guys.
No member who can do 30+sec with a chuck?
Or 2 min with a towline or histart?

If so, i guess 'the times, they are a-changing...

Seem to be the Lone Trojan in Indoor Free Flight.

First Indoor Nationals planned to be held in Sonepat Delhi NCR in April organised by AMAI.

Have been asked to do some planning and co-ordination for this event by AMAI

Would be happy if there is a sizeable participation.

Planning to keep the events very simple and achievable being a first of its kind event.

There will also be demos / wkshps.
It will be more an event to create awareness of the challenge and excitement of Indoor aero-modelling.

If so I could draw lots on behalf of Anwar sir/RCI.

I was only to administer the sweepstakes (not select winners).
On 9th Jan, one day after the deadline, I did post the list of entries (valid and invalid)

For me to do the lottery, need confirmation from sponsors and a green light from Anwar sir.

Actually, anyone can do a draw of lots from the 94 entries in my 9th Jan post...
