With due apologies for the delay, here are the winners. I really wanted to at least go through the entries with some diligence to apply the multipliers and qualifying conditions, and my scheduled messed up everything.  Next time we will do this differently, so that I do not become a bottle neck.

It was interesting that there were almost 200 entries to pick from *after applying the multipliers*. Really encouraged by the participation, and that makes the delay in announcing winners even more painful.

Regarding the non-powered flight, I can see only couple of entries.  I would suggest the person who proposed the prize to review and send the results to me for announcement
