RCB7X slated to launch in about 10 - 12 days time...
http://www.rcbazaar.com/news/34-avionic-rcb7x-coming-soon.aspx (http://www.rcbazaar.com/news/34-avionic-rcb7x-coming-soon.aspx)
Guess the exact or the closest price that we intent to sell RCB7X pack and win a free RCB7X pack (transmitter/receiver/wireless simulator with sim software) but on one condition is that the winner will conduct a review of this radio be it with pictures or with video. (the intention here is to get a fair and external view / review of the transmitters and receivers)
If the winner is not ready to do a review we will pass this free offer to the next closest winner.
There will be only ONE winner.
Pooling starts from today till the 13/1/2013.
regards
Sujju
Sujju thats indeed a gr8 offer..here's my guess Rs.3990! ;D
I surely do a review, with a video..Do we need an audition for that? :giggle:
I just posted Rs. 2750 at the product page :D
Rs 3850/-
Is my guess
3999
my guess :Rs: 3595
Rs. 4250/- is my estimation.
Thanks
My guess is Rs.4300 :)
Rs 3999 only :P
Rs. 2850
Rs. 2950, and I am prepared to do a review!
my guess is 4499
my guess :Rs:4550/-
Price should be close to 3300. My guess. Thanks!
my guess is 3500 ;D
I am guessing 4999 for the whole pack..
from my side the price will be 4200
4,500 i guess.
got hiller basic kit yesterday, waiting for this tx with simulator.!
Very good decision Sujju sir. One more point required perhaps. One can post # times and only ## will be considered. Moreover, he should ### at least for review.
Editing will (not?) be applicable (for # times).
Admin/Mods are eligible (or not?)
Cost fr store pickup or with flat shipping ?
And we require
1. what simulator software coming with it !
2. Packaging type.
3. Battery required in Tx?
4 type of technology (Like FHSS ?) used.
5. comes with / without display ?
Mu guess, it should be near 1890/- to 2230/-for store pickup inc. VAT.
4950.00
My guess 7000/-
Sujju sir,
By posting rates more than 5K I think may be a insult to you, as your store is known for Quality product at lower price (where 9x radio cost is less than 5k even today) and you are declaring this radio for price cautious new comers with simulator.
Wireless simulator can easily be made by giving Rx supply from USB and pulses added with Diode array to even sound port or in USB Port. Sound port needs PPJoy type driver file and USB needs USB Driver file with sync. (a uC is best suited for USB interfacing). This inputs are fed to simulator program as input. So, it will not be such a costlier add in item. ;D
Kalyan sir I think the rates you have posted is an insult since even the most basic radio costs 2600.00
6 Channel costs even today <2K in RCBazaar and this is the dream of Sujju sir. :hatsoff: (and me too for an MII Radio).
And I know he takes the least profit for existing his store.
Let him disclosing his child (When ? at 26th Jan ? Only he knows, let us wait and watch others price guess).
Though I have Radios, I am waiting for publication of this.
Thanks
This wait and watch policy was applicable before commenting on others post too. Better not to pile others post to get insult... Anyways... I found that product worth for that price so post it. Is there any criteria set for price posting?? If no then let people work on it by there own way...
Anyways this things don't suit to senior members like you...
If we need to make this hobby bloom in India the price should be <3000/-
2499/- My bid.
Saurabh
Rs.4999 /-
Rs. 3360/-

1 Receiver included.
all we need only battery tobe inserted.
thnx.
Rs: 2222/- without shipping
4700/-
It is Rs.3499/- only + shipping
Rs 4499/-

Hi Kalyan... firstly thanks a lot for all your support appreciate this a lot...
regarding your queries
- one person one vote and no edits on the post
- if the multiple winners arise then a draw will be held
- yes i really need reviews from the members here as this will only help us improvising this (if any) as i have used this radio myself and its fantastic but still need outsiders point of view..
- mods and admin too is more than welcome... not sure if anwar wants to guess the price for this :-)
- cost of product pack only (as stated in my first post)
- simulator will be announced soon
- packaging looks fantastic (maybe even better then the branded radios) :-)
- batteries, nicd or nimh or aftermarket lipos
- FHSS technology
- comes with display
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
A few pics of the Avionic RCB7X at the store... and some unique features that the team tested today...
- it has a WIRELESS TRAINER system.. one receiver binds both the master and student radio... no more buddy cables and no more extra attachments required..
- assign channel to any where on the receiver you need.. very useful expecially when you sometimes are forced in other systems to have a servo to reach the far end of the receiver... now just change the channel on the rx itself rather then the servo
- auto landing sytem like the dx7 when you assign to auto land the model at certain level of the throttle where the flaps and the elevator comes down automatically
- best part is mixing... you can now mix one channel in any other without any constraint...
- and yes not to mention the wireless simulator :-)
all the best and HAPPY 2013
sujju
my guess would be 4299/- bucks
i can see a really big drawback.... or may be i missed it or did not get it proper.
1> model memory- looks like it is stuck to only one model.
2>manual ratchet trimmers- does not remember the trims set on the last flight. and can be disturbed .
correct me if wrong.

you are wrong.. both of the above i have not stated how did you assume this??
the trims looks manual unlike the digital ones.
and u never mentioned how many model memory....!!( which is mostly described first.)
hence i said. correct me if wrong.....
digital trims (look at flysky 6ch radio those look like manual) and 7 model memory
u are making me anxious.... is pre-booking available..??
my guess is 3,999/-
Have you tested the range?
Does it support RF modules?
My guess :Rs: 3450/-
hi,
this radio seems to be a copy of the JR 7ch.
What so ever the price it should be equivalent to a turnigy 9x radio.
regds
3500
Rs. 3500
RcBazaar would price it at around 2600/- [+/- 200 ] - Indian Currency
Fellows who have appreciated Flysky 6 ch model so far will definitely like Model Ahead .. Except one thing ...
Chipset involved for RF communications works on lesser current and radiates less ... hence following model will have lesser range compared to Flysky 6 ch model...
if we ignore this one parameter, this model provides a lot flexibility and additional options ...
Enjoy the Model being launched ...
I am guessing that the price will be around Rs. 4250
2950
4750/-
4950 /- is my guess
Rs.7000/-
6999\-
Rs.5995/-
Rs.3969/-
4699/-
My Guess is
Rs. 3250/-
(with excepted condition, that the winner will conduct a review of this radio be it with pictures or with video.)
My Guess is
Rs. 2250/-
I can post review.
2990/-its my gess ....sumit

Again to repeat here.. the package comes with

I think the price will be more than 5k ! So many things in one pack
Ok,maybe i underestimated the price :o..Rs4700 is my second guess :-\
Any change in Rules? ??? ???

The wire goes to the laptop/pc and to the RZ7 receiver...
Ok. I guess it plugs into the "SIMU" port on the RZ7. Thanks :)
placed my order.. done the payment......
hope tomo was not SUNDAY....
also forgot to ask... does it include a Tx charger..?? if not..is a futaba charger compatible..??
Thts one quick order :giggle: congrats on new tx
I have a small suggestion. What if the winner is a relative beginner to the hobby? Maybe in that case, the radio can first go to one of the experienced flyers on the forum, whoever agrees to do it. And then to the actual winner, who of course can post a second review (more the better, isnt it?). :)
Just a suggestion! ;D
hi jaspreet... very valid point but only if the winner agrees to do this...
hi Aerowishwa... spektrum charger is compatible... currently the unit can be fitted with 8 nos of nicd or nimh batteries
sujju
one more query.... now that i have already brought the TX.. which Rx is compatible( orange FHSS..??)... or any spare Rx coming up..??
yes.. we surely have the spare rx's too... will ask the team to upload these in a day or two
regards
sujju
i should have waited to get 2-3 receivers along with the order...!! :banghead: :banghead: anyways can always order later..
thanks
Congratulation.
But the most advantages for this is wireless master/slave (popularly known as trainer ) configuration. It can only be reviewed with 2 set of same Tx sets Sujju sir. So, for the review, you have to give another on loan, otherwise review will not be complete. ;D.
=> Again, is it's micro receiver available ? It's not so important, but required, at least important to feel comfort to customer.
=> it's neck strap is required. You may make it locally, but it will make a complete package.
=> Unlike 4 cell, it is 8 cell power option (For AA size) and have to check with 8 Alkaline battery for it's voltage regulator. If required, some heat sink may be fixed on regulator IC. In high temp, some similar Tx malfunction even some turnigy9X too.
Vishal is the clear winner then (as per my calculations) he guessed 4499/-. Congrats! He beat Docsree by a Rupee, who bid 4500/-. (Unless I stand corrected)
How about giving them a piece each? Come on Sujju Bhai, you are famous for giving gifts to all and sundry - make these two worthies happy.
thanks VC sir for saving my efforts. this is what i was trying to make out and you made the post..
Congrats vishal
Sorry Abhay, forgive me, if I stole your thunder........
Thanks vc sir and abhay.
But there is another guy who posted 4495 at rcbazaar site. So I am second :banghead:
Unless he has some problem with the review.
I'm so near yet so far. ! ?
@ VC Sir, thanks. I hope sujju bhai is listening ;)
I almost forgot, Congrats Vishal.

u r clear winner.... congrats
meanwhile i was just 51 rs away..... hhhhmmmm so sad.... :'( :'(
kash 51rs ganpati ko chadhaye hote....... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
i wonder if can tere be another competition based on pricing on individual products..... ;)
iss bar to ganeshji ko 51 rs pakke... ;D
Firstly thanks a lot for all your involvement ...
our retail price for the RCB7X pack as announced earlier today was Rs 4490
The first contender in this is shyam hembram - who stated that the price shall be Rs.4495 (http://www.rcbazaar.com/news/34-avionic-rcb7x-coming-soon.aspx (http://www.rcbazaar.com/news/34-avionic-rcb7x-coming-soon.aspx)) (a difference of Rs 5 from the original price). We have contacted him and he seems to be a beginner but has agreed to do a review of the radio here so as promised we will have to send him the RCB7X pack (not sure how it will turn out to be)...
Thanks to VC.. ;D .. the team here has decided to give out another radio to some experienced flyer and i thought the the next contenders should be given the chance first... who are
- vishal who stated a price of Rs 4499 - (a difference of Rs 9 from the original price)
- Sahevaan who also stated a price of Rs 4499 - (a difference of Rs 9 from the original price)
I hope both and vishal and sahevaan have been in this hobby for long enough to do a proper review as we do not want to give this second pack to another beginner...
Vishal and Sahevaan, pls do let us know (pls note that I am not challenging your hobby skills here but do understand that we need some honest review for this transmitter from a experienced flyer).. if both are fine then we will have to conduct a raffle / lucky draw to give one person the RCB7X pack for review..
if not i will choose someone from the forum with the help of the mods / admin here (if they are ready to help me on this)... or if someone has a better idea here pls feel free to share
Regards
Sujju
That is 100% Sujju Bhai. Pure and unadulterated GREAT human being................................
unadulterated :giggle: :giggle:
If reviews are all you are looking for how about circulating the radio through a few fliers for a certain duration. The fliers can be awarded with rc goddies rather than the radio itself.
This may work out for both parties -
1. RCB can get more feedback from multiple users over multiple model types/class
2. Experienced fliers may have a radio already - the rc goddies may be more useful to them than a radio
I'm not aware if it is feasable or practical. :)
Perhaps the radio can be coupled with the sim in the store - helps check durability of the TX unit and functioning of the wirelss sim setup.
Rajath... its a good idea but the only issue will be the pain of getting it moved from one place to another and this entire process might take so much of time (due to people travelling, not flying this week, weather.. etc) that the reviews and feedback might die its natural death... good idea but feasibility is an issue...
yes the radio will be coupled with the sim at the store for sure...
Sujju
PS: The first walk-in customer (Mr. B Sunder Murthy) today morning for the RCB7X pack, Suresh our sales supervisor handing over the radio..
So when will the winner be declared? Congrats on the launch!

Can the transmitter mode be changed to mode 1?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk
The winners are
Shyam Hembram (who posted the price on our website)
and for the 2nd RCB7X pack we did a quick lucky draw here between Sahevaan and Vishal... and the name was Vishal for the 2nd radio...
congrats Vishal... pls let me know if you are able to do a review of this or not and will wait to hear from you for the Reply #108 if yes the pls PM me your courier address... we will send the pack to you by wednesday

Hi @k@sh,
Sorry i cannot answer this question as we have not tried to do this... will check with the manufacturer and get back to you soon
sujju
Sujju sir,
A complete review need two similar set for wireless trainer function. Please add another on loan or review yourself with quick changeover between master/slave using skysurfer or similar and you may try any lucky visitor (No Tx, only training) for review this feature.
It may be useful to us (And may be funny too.) if you have field nearby the shop.
Hi Kalyan..
thanks.. we plan to show the video of the binding of the master tx and the student / slave tx on the same receiver here at the store... will ask the team to upload this soon
