I didn't experienced that, even though entropay, sometimes takes a little more than actual amount, I get it fully back in m card when statement is generated.

But i every time paid 1.2 dollars extra... Only on eBay.com I also check on other sites like helipal , hobbyking. They won't charge any single penny extra than mrp...

Hey man, that's because you might have bought ebay items that are are not listed in US dollars... then there will be paypal conversion rates .
recheck your purchases , whether they are listed in US $

Actually,  you can attach a debit card to make payments on PayPal. I have used my SBI Mastercard and earlier maybe my axis bank card for payments on PayPal. I don't think they charged as much as 4.9%.
And pan no. not required for making payments,  only for receiving payments.

Sooraj's/Gautham's CC company must be so happy with them hehe Oh and the shopping points they must get!

well the main point of entropay is that you are safe from any scams if the card is compromised, you're still safe.

and yea the points a there but they're very minimal, still something is better than nothing i guess :giggles:

todays axisbank(Debit MasterCard and VISA) coverstion rate for  1USD = 65.12 INR,
and the paypal conversion   1USD = 65.25INR

Maybe dollar rate won't go below Rs 60....

Yup there is additional charges for like minimum loading amount is 5$ and it charges 0.35 $ more to process that payment.It is approximate.or something like that
