Hi everybody,

Can anyone advise me on a suitable airframe (airplane) for my 0.3 cu in (5 cc) nitro engine , preferably an ARF trainer type ?
Any inputs regarding the Kaiser-2 (Sharma Models) RC airplane ? Is it worth the buy ?

Kaiser from sharma models is worth every penny, Excellent quality kit with a lifelong support, you'll remember the name. Ask Forum seniors about them and you'll get to know. Also I would like to take the unrightful advantage of welcoming you to the wonderful family and the best hobby. Have fun stay safe

Dear Tanmoy,

Thank you for your useful tip.
I too have put Sharma Model in the 'Consideration Zone' for a potential purchase.
However, a bit more internet search ( to get a 'best-deal' with Christmas approaching) wont harm, after all you must admit that a sensible economics plays a big role in this hobby. (Satisfaction on optimum deals is part of the hobby). At the same time, I shouldn't run out patience and go for an impulsive buy !

If you come across anything else request you to let me know.

Best wishes

For feedback on Kaiser, search for 'Kaiser' on this forum and see posts of sanjayrai55 and shobit17.

About Sharma Model Aero - it is the oldest existing Indian firm in this business.

About the owners - the nicest people you can expect to meet.

Btw, you said 0.3 cu in engine. Which one is it? Not a common size nowadays...

Hi Mr KK Iyer,

It is an ASP FS 30AR.
Performed superb on the bench with 10% Nitro fuel...
(Far better than erratic, hard-to-tune 2-strokers) !  ;)
