Not to worry friend.  I have used such engines for may many years and used whatever Kerosene I could lay my hands on.  Today only Blue Kerosene is available in India and so its the one which can be used.  Use it and enjoy your experience with the engine....  BLUE KEROSENE IS OK TO BE USED.

What diesel is it. If it is an Indian Sharma; should be very easy to get a "Piston rod" assume you want a con rod for it. And why do you think the con rod is the culprit? it is is worn out, the engine may have been running over compressed. Anyway, speak to Mr. Vivek Sharma at Sharma Aeromodelling, Jodhpur. Google them. they should be able to help you with any diesel

Well Vivek Sharma is the solution to most problems I have ever had with Aeromodelling..... His father assisted me earlier in all my needs..... one phone call I guess to him is sufficient.... he will find a way.  All spares of sharma engines are available with him..
