Title: fuel for O.S .46 engine in DELHI?

hi,
i wanted to know where i can get methanol or basically the fuel mixture for O.S .46 engine in DELHI which i plan to use with my 60" trainer

are there no flyers in delhi who use methanol and castor oil mixture to run their engines??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
